b. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available for missed sessions unless due to circumstances beyond your control, as determined by us.

c. Package Refunds

  • Refunds for coaching packages will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions and the package’s original value.

4. Fees and Costs

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Processing Timeframes

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
